The Consciousness Shifting theme for this week is Level of Consciousness.
In his powerful book Power vs. Force, Dr. David Hawkins shares information about our levels of consciousness and human behavior. He uses an arbitrary scale of 0-1000 with 200 being the critical level of courage and integrity and 500 the level of love. One person at a level of Consciousness of 500 offsets 750,000 people who are below the level of 200.
The states of being that are present below the critical level of 200 have corresponding emotions as do the emotional states at levels above 200. Where is your level of consciousness?
Today’s shift says:
The single and most important thing we can all do for ourselves and the planet is focus on raising our level of consciousness. This is the key to planetary and life change. The following states of being and their corresponding emotions are operating below the level of 200.
Shame/humiliation
Guilt/Blame
Apathy/Despair
Grief/Regret
Notice where you are experiencing these states and emotions in your life and choose to eliminate these from your way of being.
