Attraction and Competition
When we fully understand the principles of attraction, we learn that we live in an abundant universe and that there is no competition other than the story we make up about it! Because of the unique signature of our energy patterns, people who are attracted to work with one person or group would not necessarily be attracted to work with another.
I remember when I began training coaches to use the WaveMaker. There were several coaches who joined the mentoring program I had started who lived in the same geographical area that I resided in. One of the coaches asked me if I was worried that they would take my business. Of course I was not. I knew and fully understood the universal law of attraction.
Often we notice others who hold an idea of competition. It seems that this is a prevalent theme and one that is laced through out the helping professions. The universal law states that "we get back what we give out." So, if you are holding a posture of competition you will attract situations and circumstances that will support the creation of that reality. It really is your choice.
When you want more for others than you want for yourself, in other words you are not on the what about me agenda, you will actually attract better things for you as well.
We are not terribly used to the idea that every moment of every day we are creating with our thoughts. This is why it is so very important to become aware of what you are thinking. What you are thinking is what you are creating. Releasing negative thoughts and replacing these with a thought that feels better energetically is an essential life skill.
