More Getting What You Want
Last month I shared with you how Joe Vitale had invited me to speak at his Manifestation 2 weekend so this month we pick the story up there.
I was completing a coaching session for my friend Joe Vitale when he asked me what he could do for me, what I wanted . . . before my mind was able to engage and return a clever answer I heard . . . "I want to share the podium with you". YIKES I thought, did I just say what I just heard? We talked for a few minutes later and did another bit of clearing when Joe asked if I was planning to attend his Manifestation 2 weekend. I was and told him so. He then invited me to come as his guest and speak to the program attendees. Our agreement was that I would share something of value with the participants during the weekend. So within minutes of declaring something I wanted to do, I was given a way to do it.
As I reflect back on that experience, I am not too sure my conscious mind or intellect would have asked Joe for this opportunity. Yet it was something I wanted to manifest. I think this is one of the dynamics that hold us back- we think too much about should we ask, could we ask instead of just blurting it out and seeing what happens. Have you ever been in a situation where you wanted to ask for something but were afraid to? Perhaps you thought I can’t ask that, or he’ll never go for that, or she isn’t going to like that.
How do you know how another person will respond to you? Or what about finding yourself dancing around the words you wish you could say that would more clearly and succinctly express what you want? How are you going to get what you want if you are afraid to ask for it?
So much happened as a result of going to Austin and speaking at the Manifestation 2 weekend. Joe gave a very lovely and generous introduction of me and our Rockit Method of Consciousness Shifting process. He shared about the work we had done together and how he had benefited from our session. I spoke with the group for about 45 minutes on day one of the weekend. We talked about resonance and counter intentions. We talked about letting go of doubt and trusting. We demonstrated the Rockit Method of Consciousness Shifting and cleared two large categories of limiting beliefs and coding, (we call these databases). The attendees were buzzing and feeling lighter, happier, and more connecting to more possibility. Several asked to work individually with us, (Perenna and Sally were there too!) and we met and reconnected with several of our strategic alliance partners.
On day two of the weekend we were asked to present a second time and worked with negativity. When you play in the area of consciousness you often come across fears and interpretations that hold you back. I must say most of the participants were very grateful that we were there and we were too! You know there are often skeptics at events and this one was no different. Skepticism comes from fear and from the desire to keep everything the same. Both Perenna and I felt so grateful for the skeptics too because we were so able to stay present and serve those who could hear us. It’s all good! And several of the people who experienced the clearing we facilitated in Austin are attending a follow up teleclass program we created for them!
Pat O’Brian filmed the weekend event and I was so happy to see him again! I met him in October at his UnSeminar. I went to the Unseminar so that I could meet Joe Vitale and others who would "get" The Rockit Method and help us spread the word. We benefited in so many ways from attending that weekend! I met my good friend Jessica from Universe of Power and we became friends and strategic alliance partners. Monday night we held a joint conference. 342 people signed up for it and we overloaded the 2 bridgelines which caused a bit of technical difficulty. We are now doing joint ventures with several of the people who attended the Unseminar and we feel very grateful for the new friends we have attracted as a result of our travels. More and more I am realizing how being totally clear on what you wish to attract, asking for what you want and letting go of the need to know how it can happen are essential to this whole manifestation process. And there is one more thing that is key . . . wanting everyone to win!
