Our consciousness shifting theme this week is Resistance.

Another way resistance shows up is reluctance. Reluctance is defined as; unwilling; disinclined: a reluctant candidate, struggling in opposition.

Today’s shift says:

We have 3 sources of energy; our time, our money and our energy.  Resistance and reluctance deplete us by stealing energy that could be used for other things.

Choose today to eliminate resistance and reluctance from your life.

Here’s how:

1. Notice where they appear
2. Ask yourself why- what’s the story that’s got resistance or reluctance happening
3. Change the story
