Consciousness Shifting - Shift of the day - Friday October 24, 2008

Karen Vizer - Consciousness Shifting Our consciousness shifting theme or the next several weeks is Raising Your Vibration.

All states of being have a vibrational frequency or resonance that goes with them. Dr. David Hawkins referred to these as levels of consciousness in his groundbreaking book, Power vs. Force.

Our coding and conditioning comes from a variety of places; parental modeling, education, society, religion, friends, news, government, advertising and media. Each of these has different reasons for the coding.

Needs are a common example of conditioning that’s easy to change. Needs drive behavior and will always take precedent over other activities that may be important to your desired end result.

Today’s shift says:

Notice your needs . . . do you repeat something over and over? That’s the need to be heard. Do you need to be perfect? Do you need to be appreciated and feel that no one really gets your value--that’s right… another need. The good news is these can be gone in a heartbeat with consciousness shifting!

Do you feel like you have something to share, a purpose or calling and that something’s holding you back from the full expression of this gift? It’s very possible and it’s not your fault. Learn how to change this.
