Consciousness Shifting - Shift of the day - Monday September 29, 2008
Our consciousness shifting theme or the next several weeks is Raising Your Vibration.
I chose raising your vibration as a theme because it’s such an important aspect of creating your life, your way! When raising your vibration becomes a goal the universe conspires to bring situations and people to you who will assist you on the journey. Before we get into the hows of raising your vibration, let’s talk about what raising your vibration means and why you might want to.
Raising your vibration means letting go of or breaking free from many of the ego driven and culturally driven ways of being such as hate, anger, judgment, resentment, chaos, disharmony, in order to embrace states of being such as love, peace, harmony, freedom, flow, joy, happiness… All states of being have a vibrational frequency or resonance that goes with them. Dr. David Hawkins referred to these as levels of consciousness in his groundbreaking book, Power vs. Force.
My top reason for raising my vibration is that it simplifies life and makes everything much easier. At higher vibrational frequencies there’s more flow and less friction.
Today’s shift says:
How are you feeling? The way you feel speaks volumes to your current vibrational set point and the energy that could be holding you hostage. Begin noticing what you are feeling and think about what you would prefer to feel instead.
The Consciousness Shifting process is one way to quickly break free of the old ways of being and move effortlessly and gently into the states of being that are congruent with living your best life.
