Our consciousness shifting theme this week is Resistance.

Another way resistance shows up is reluctance. Reluctance is defined as; unwilling; disinclined: a reluctant candidate, struggling in opposition.

We often find when working with people who have a spiritual calling that there’s a reluctance to embrace that calling. There may be stories about not being good enough or needing something else first. 

Today’s shift says:

Notice what stories you are telling yourself about the things you want to accomplish in your life and about the expression of your gifts. Change your story and you can change your life.
