Consciousness Shifting - Shift of the day - Thursday November 20, 2008

The Consciousness Shifting theme for this week is Level of Consciousness.

In his powerful book Power vs. Force, Dr. David Hawkins shares information about our levels of consciousness and human behavior. He uses an arbitrary scale of 0-1000 with 200 being the critical level of courage and integrity and 500 the level of love. We can raise our level of consciousness by becoming aware of the levels or states and the corresponding emotions of each level.

Today’s shift says:

The single and most important thing we can all do for ourselves and the planet is focus on raising our level of consciousness. This is the key to planetary and life change. The following states of being and their corresponding emotions are operating between the level of 400 and 600 on Dr. Hawkins’s scale.

400-Reason/Understanding
500-Love/Reverence
540-Joy Serenity
600-Peace/Bliss
