Karen Vizer - Consciousness Shifting Our consciousness shifting theme or the next several weeks is Raising Your Vibration.

Raising your vibration means letting go of or breaking free from many of the ego driven and culturally driven ways of being such as hate, anger, judgment, resentment, chaos, disharmony, in order to embrace states of being such as love, peace, harmony, freedom, flow, joy, happiness . . . All states of being have a vibrational frequency or resonance that goes with them. Every experience we have had in life, good or bad, lives as an energy pattern either in our bodies or in our energy fields. Often past experiences create fear patterns in us that lead to immobility in one or more areas of our lives. Immobility becomes a source of frustration when we become aware of it and try to change it cognitively. Often these patterns are too complex to change by changing your mind. They have multiple aspects. When they are surfaced and erased, the result is freedom to choose.

Today’s shift says:

Notice the aspects of your life where you have tried to create change and have been unsuccessful or had limited success. Notice too what frustrates you. It’s likely that an immobility pattern is under what you are noticing. Clearing these patterns has never been easier!
