Once you have identified what your thoughts are about money, it’s often helpful to look at the obligations you have that are tied to money. Do these obligations feel overwhelming? How do you feel about the commitments or obligations you have around money? Do they weigh you down or lift you up?

Today’s shift says:

If energy flows where attention goes and we know it does; then, when we feel a sense of obligation or heaviness, it limits our capacity to expand both our awareness of options and to be freely in flow with the energy of money.
