The Consciousness Shifting theme for this week is Level of Consciousness.

In his powerful book Power vs. Force, Dr. David Hawkins shares information about our levels of consciousness and human behavior. He uses an arbitrary scale of 0-1000 with 200 being the critical level of courage and integrity and 500 being the level of love. Is your energy and life force focused on things that increase your level of consciousness or decrease your level?
