Our consciousness shifting theme this week is Loss.

Competition as a way of being also contributes to the general sense that loss is possible. We often live from polarities of win and lose, and we feel we need to compete with others for our source of supply because the availability of good is limited. What if that’s an illusion? What if there’s enough for all of us to thrive? Which idea will you choose? Competition with others for the illusion of scarcity, or will you choose to recognize and be grateful today for all your blessings. 

Today’s shift says:

Notice where you are competitive in your life and ask yourself what would happen if you embraced the idea that there is no need to compete for what you desire.
