Our consciousness shifting theme this week is Resistance.
Resistance can also be thought of as a force opposing another force. In his book, A New Earth, Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose, Eckhart Tolle says "The only actions that do not cause opposing reactions are those that are aimed at the good of all. They are inclusive not exclusive. They join, they don’t separate."
Today’s shift says:
Notice the thoughts you have of opposing forces or separation. Choose thoughts that unify instead.
