Consciousness Shifting - Shift of the day - Wednesday November 19, 2008

The Consciousness Shifting theme for this week is Level of Consciousness.

In his powerful book Power vs. Force, Dr. David Hawkins shares information about our levels of consciousness and human behavior. He uses an arbitrary scale of 0-1000 with 200 being the critical level of courage and integrity and 500 the level of love. Is your energy and life force focused on things that increase or decrease your level of consciousness?

Today’s shift says:

The single and most important thing we can all do for ourselves and the planet is focus on raising our level of consciousness. This is the key to planetary and life change. The following states of being and their corresponding emotions are operating between the level of 200 and 350 on Dr. Hawkins’s scale.

200-Courage/Affirmation
250-Neutrality/Trust
 310-Willingness/Optimism
350-Acceptance/Forgiveness 

Notice where you are experiencing these states and emotions in your life and choose to acknowledge yourself for embracing the states and emotions of the higher levels of consciousness.
